Windows
- Save the icon library file to your computer
- Go to a folder / file you wish to change
- Right Click on it, go to Properties > Customize > Change Icon
- Click Browse
- Under File Type, select All
- Navigate to the file you saved and select it
- Click Ok
- Pick an icon!
